Recommend going to uo.stratics.com/ for UO info and help as it is the main site for the game I need a new MMO world to call home as Tom Chilton keeps destroying them |

To find quests you'd really have to click the NPC's and see if they have any available quests to give out. Its not like the standard MMO's where they have some form of letter or whatnot over their heads. There are however a few NPC's that would say that they need to go to a different city/dungeon if you're close enough to hear them. But those escorting days are not fun anymore. There's no monsters/pks to attack you on your journey making it not a real heart pumping sensation like how it used to be back in the old days. |

Havent played in a few years but I'll try and answer your questions the best I can. 1.) Your skill is probably low so your spells fizzle. Or your holding something or wearing something that will stop you from casting.
