I'm not sure I understand the Akklaim TCoS website. I've tried to sign in to account management multiple times using the password I established with no joy. All right... no problem, I'll just click "Forgot Password" and get the email to change my password. Uh no. No, I won't, because apparently they don't actually send an email. So the password I know is correct (and have used in the past) now does not work and I cannot receive an email to change my password. What the heck, Akklaim? Wasn't the demi-release of TCoS bad enough? IP banning non-European accounts, delays getting the beta server set up for NA/UK beta... now I can't even check my account. Just checked. I have an old account for 2moons with Aclaim. Used that, logged in and was asked if I wanted to sign up for Spellborn. Clicked yes, and it added me. The account status shows pending. No idea why you are having problems. |

I have tried at various times of the day. It almost always works, but rarely not.
When I was at work yesterday, I couldn't log in for some reason. I got home from work, still couldn't log in. Later in the evening I was able to. We may have just caught them while updating the login servers or something. |

I had the same hardship though I got through it eventually. Forget how though sorry. Also pending which seems to mean I get the priviledge of going daily and mashing a button with the hope that the activations of the day aren't all eaten up. Yay, sigh. |
