I feel the same way, but there is nothing worth resubbing too or anything worth buying.  I'm going to hold off to see if any good non-fantasy genre mmo gets released in the future.

Both Warhammer and AoC has done some overhauling and for what they present has become quite good games now and worth a try. You will have to like their special kind of fun though, but if you like WoW and Lotro, chances are you will be entertained by those two as well.

I'd say it depends what type of gameplay you prefer. If you like all out pve, with groups, good lore and a great world, I'd say go with LotRO, it's certainly, in my view at least, a much more enjoyable pve game at the moment.
I've found that there's a lot of groups going on lotro, on the server I play at least. It's also a much more friendly and mature community. I'm finding that the game itself seems to have a bit more depth to it aswell, whereas wow seemed to be making things easier all the time, building more and more of the "do everything for you" addons into the game itself, and consolidating skills into each other.

If you like pvp though, and monster play isn't quite enough, then wow might be worth a look (or warhammer or aoc, but i can't speak for these in their current state, as both have been updated since i last played either)

I also want to resub to a game or play a new game, but I honestly found nothing worth playing.

No MMORPG currently out there is worth (1) my time or (2) my money (15.00 per month).

Nothing is innovative.  You are not getting 15.00 a month from me to do linear stuff then raid three nights a week.  No thanks.  No way.

Most MMOs are built that way, but not all. I've found that a lot of the spaced-based games seem to lean heavily in the direction of strategy gameplay. Celetania and EVE Online seem to be that way.

You also have the twitchy arcade-like gameplay of Planetside and ACE Online as well.
