A lot of people these days (well ones that I ask) don't really have any hobbies. I need a hobby to get through life. So whats something you really enjoy doing on your spare time? For me, Its my aquarium. And I love archery. ______________________________ What if Paul Revere was like the boy who cried wolf....? Hunting, fishing, canoeing. I like outdoor stuff like that. What I don't have is any of the great "indoor hobbies" that people enjoy, like coins, stamps and such. Reading, writing and the few MMOs I play take up that space. |

My hobby is resisting the urge to go completely insane. Other than that it is work and gym, doesn't seem to be time for anything else during the week. I don't know that I would qualify going to the gym as a hobby, more of a necessity as I don't feel like becoming rotund. ------------------ well i'm 35 and have a PhD in science, and then 10 years experience in bioinformatics... you? |

Since I don't play mmos that much these days I've been cycling when the weather permits (mostly during the summer) and I'm looking to start rock climbing sometime soon. Usually when I'm working I don't have a ton of time to spend doing whatnot due to being just tired. Sometimes however I need to unwind so I think hitting the rock face would do just fine for that, and not to mention get me into better shape. I've been camping a few times. Went portaging once up in northern Ontario. Drove most of the way across Canada... I don't know if any of that counts. No required quests! And if I decide I want to be an assassin-cartographer-dancer-pastry chef who lives only to stalk and kill interior decorators, then that's who I want to be, even if it takes me four years to max all the skills and everyone else thinks I'm freaking nuts. -Madimorga- |

Maybe you should get back into the paintball thing again. No required quests! Originally posted by sniperg I think I'd get into a lot of trouble doing that... unless of course the women have a good sense of humor about the whole thing or they find me hot. No required quests!
