Whats up with this, Loged in to play and was put in a time que i was to understand that ccp's server could handle any amount of stress. I wonder how much longer till we see a new server and the choice of it being pve instead of pvp. |

I noticed a que also and Eves server only had about 37k at that time so you know it wasnt a activity overload issue since its been alot higher for the last few months. More of a Patch issue and no we will never see a Pve Server.

It might also depend on what server in the cluster you're on. I know yesterday they shut Jita down, so if you were in Jita when you logged off, it might not have let you on. Eve's server is pretty good, especially withe all the new hardware! 53k concurrent users. |

lol @ a carebear server where everyone just mines and runs missions AFK all day long. zzzZZZzzz nullsec would be a disaster how would people fight over terriority and declare Soverengty (sp?)
Did you think this request all the way through? I know you been begging for it forever but come on you're in a small bunch.
Oh btw I've never seen a queue to login but once and it was only like 5 mins a few weeks ago. The queues for WoW still to this day is MUCH LONGER

Ever explore Eve? set safe spots? probe? run sites? mine specific ore? then you would know each system in Eve is unique. Vets know this, It just takes longer to get used to all the systems since there more than 5k systems. If I could take off the system Info from my hud I would bet anything that I could tell you what system I was in just by looking at the Structures, planets, Skybox and asteroid belts. It takes a long time though but no two systems are totally alike sorry. Its like saying Blasted lands, stone talon, Desolace and badlands were the same zone but with a different color area (BL = red, Des = Grey) its stupid I wouldnt do that and for you to say it is an insult.

the "queue" is caused by the login proxy server being busy trying to process lots of login requests at the same time. give it about a minute and try again. been this way for years. |

All 3 of my characters were in Jita when the expansion went live and I couldn't log in there during US prime time hours, however they offered to move my ship to a nearby system instead. Worked great and probably pissed off that corp that had been camping Jita as part of out wardec.

Guys, go easy on Elsa. "EVE needs a PvE server" is the happy place he goes to whenever something happens. Cant log in? EVE needs a PvE server. Busses running late? EVE needs a PvE server. Kids today are doing the drugs? EVE needs a PvE server. And we all know Iceland wouldn't have any economic issues at all if.... EVE had a PvE server.
Sad, really.
