How frustrating can this entire section of MMORPG.com get? I truly believe that my sole purpose to even post threads is to attempt to put everyone back into perspective. A video game, something that's meaningless fun, is becoming a ridiculous heated argument. Fail? Win? How can you determine the outcome of something that just started, put your occult future telling on hold and give my post a shot.

 Darkfall has obviously not failed as there is a demand for it on the market. Simple as that, doesn't need to be a good game. As for whether it's fun to play, I can't really say for myself, never tried it. I guess I'm just a little annoyed at how utterly pointless these arguments are. Kinda silly, but then again the internet tends to empower.

 I like you guys, whether you're a skeptic or the complete opposite, I do see some well thought out posts. It's just disappointing that a lot of those posts aren't productive at all, turning the entire idea of a forum to hell.

It's obviously in the process of failing, in case you didn't notice.  They only have one server, with less than predicted max capacity, and have only allowed like 10000 accounts to buy the game, but guess waht: massive queues, massive hacking, massive exploiting, constant macro.... LOL. 

You have like 15 posts, obviously you came here to "put things in perspective", in other words you seem to be a troll from the Darkfall forums, and we all know that any half intelligent poster gets banned over there for having a mind and the ability to think, so please don't bring that mentality over here, this forum has actual discussion, multiple ideas, things like that.  Thanks.  If you just come here to post about Darkfall..... hmmm.... think about it, you don't seem that objective to me, man.

I'm not going to argue the point because you might know more, but I don't think you know how many subscriptions have been sold or how many players are online. This is one of the things the OP is talking about in his post. You're making stuff up that you don't know.

I don't know either and won't pretend I do. I do know that there's a queue to play because there are so many players that want to play are logging in. I know that a lot of players are posting positive reviews. I konw that when they do open the store to buy the game they only open for a window of 15 minutes because so many people want in.

I've played the game and I like it a lot, I don't see any signs of failure yet in game. You get a lot of frustrated new players for sure, but most players are happy.

The game isn't for everyone. First off it's very raw, the interface and controls aren't set up for instant use. It takes a while to get used to the UI and combat. Lots of people quit right there, I know I was ready to.

It's not for everyone, I'm not sure why people would come on a site and post hate so much. I don't go to game sites that I've tried and post my hate. It's totally foreign to me why some people want to ruin things for others.

Anyway, I'll keep posting and answering questions, the haters don't make me angry or anything.
