I do not intend to point fingers at MMORPG staff, although I do question allowing such rampant spewing hate to go so unmoderated....that is a subjective thing.  Some mmorpg.com forum participants really bring the worst of forum communities.  Many of you people are fooling yourselves if you're here to do anything other than drag Adventurine into the mud.

This is a general note to the mmorpg community:  Your collective discussions surrounding this game is a pathetic reflection on humanity.  Just look at the first 2-3 pages of this forum.

The way some of you impatient preteens pea brains have been handing the launch of the game makes me fear if we ever have to wait in line for food one day or otherwise face a serious delay in something we actaully need.

its a  game being produced by a small company.  Their communication to the community sucks yes, but all indications point to the fact they are making a game that will at some point be available to play.

I for one will patiently wait until I'm a> able to purchase the game b> play the game.

Lets see... the game already launched, even if it is limited.  And secondly, calling people "impatient preteens pea brains" makes you better than the community you are trashing how?

I rather think that if you read the official forums, then read this one - that if you find this to be the cesspool then you truly have on blinders.

Also, why did you even bother posting that? Do you think the people you refer too are going to even care in the least? If anything, you should be cited for trolling.

THe complaints are about issues that could have been resolved if AV had properly planned their release and actually beta tested the game with a large scale of users, not a handful of crazed fanboys. AV deserves their name dragged thru the mud for the pathetic business and product release tactics.

 When you charge a big company price for a game your customers expect the same level of service regardless of how big or small your company issue. If you don't meet them levels of service then of course there is going to be a large backlash.

As far as dragging Adventurine through the mud. I don't think anyone here has to help with that. The way they handled the launch and lied about so many features, they did it to themselfs.

Wow, these whine threads are so much more relevant than the threads that dicuss Darkfall in a negative manner. Kudos to you OP for lowering the bar.

Most of what this community speaks when going against Darkfall is a load of crap, but the same can be said for forumfall as well, both sides are just as bad.

If your telling me to sit by and just let Aventurine do their thing after blatantly ignoring my advice ( Which was given in a quite professional manner actually until I got trolled ) then you can go and F**** yourself especially since they are making the huge mistake of blaming the player base for a problem that they are causing.

Yes calling this game vaporware is stupid and idiotic and I have read the posts on this forum and most of the trolls have zero idea of either how the game development process works or they're clearly in it for s**ts and giggles of getting fanbois riled up.

I for one promised on forumfall that if they did not deliver I would gladly rip apart their reputation just like any other publisher company, why? Because I am sick to death of the retarded excuses that come from both the developers and fanbois on why they cannot make games that in the 90's were commonplace, it not only makes them look all manner of stupid but it shows they don't have the common sense needed to be in the Games Industry.

If I still can't access the forumns or get updates on the game in two months then we'll have a problem.

right now Adventurine has a massive capacity management issue......and probably major cashflow issues to boot.

If you (and I dont necessiarly mean you Mokwee) just wait for the fires to go out and see if its worth playing.  Otherwise you will just end up sounding like a rabbit frothing at the mouth LOON for lashing out at this game that hasn't even been out of the blocks two weeks yet.

You should _never_ use the mmorpg.com forums if you're looking for positive things about a game. Simple as that.

I've said it before, I'll say it again.

This is NOT Darkfalls support forums, this is a forum for the discussion of Darkfall and the opinions others have on the game

Right now, the opinions on the game and the developer are far more negative than positive, that doesn't make their opinions any less valid, or any more valid for that matter, they are OPINIONS and are here for DISCUSSION...

Your job as a forum reader is to find the info you want and ignore what you don't want, it isn't hard really, but if I were looking at a new game, I think I'd want the negative opinions as much as the positive ones, that way I at least was making a semi informed decision, not the all positive drivel/fanboism of an official forum.

Yes, some people here take it too far, on BOTH sides of the equation, but you quickly learn who those are and ignore them and look for the opinions in the middle.

lawl no it doesn't, especially since I've seen and predicted the failure of many games in my time and I also am learning how to develop games in my free time.
