UO, EQ, AC, DAOC, all were created with <5 million $ budgets. Also, these guys are charging AAA prices. They're NOT indies, period. |

Of course, what I said doesn't imply that "ALL" of the indie companies are unprofessional. And I am not really talking about the in game either, just look at how they are handling the whole thing. Anyway, all of this isn't really a problem for me. What I am looking forward to is playing a great game, if it takes some time to get there in the short term I am ready to wait.

It's a pity they didn't keep the same level of quality and self-demanding. I guess in 8 years lots of things happened, including long periods of 0 productivity, and maybe the good professionals left along the way. |
