This thread is in hopes that SOMEONE from Aventurine will come here and read this.  You guys really need to offer refunds for people.  We had high hopes for the game.  You guys have essentially crushed any and all of these hopes.  So now some would like their money back for you failing to keep your end of the bargain.

Say what you guys want about me.  But I don't lie.  Everything I said is true.  I doubt they even bother checking here since this forum is mostly negative or filled with trolls.

You are a joke. Almost everyone who got to play the game without sync issues gave it a overall positive review.  They gave us 3 free days to account for the opening problems.

But hey if you and the other fellas keep making the same posts over and over maybe your credibility will go up! Oh wait...

I agree, they should give you a refund so you can shut your crying trap about it already.   There are plenty of people out there willing to pay to play in the space your account is wasting.

Give the man his money back so he can get on with the rest of his life already.

Agreed, Just call you bank and demand a charge back.

Hopefully when enough visa, mastercard, american express you name it cards get chargebacks to AV, they will blacklist the idiots then will be in a bigger mess than they have right now.

If you really want to sock it to AV, charge back the money.

Have everyone you know charge back the money.

It will not be to long before they get blacklisted.

These problems have been a good way of getting the babies out of the game early.  If they can't endure some launch day issues, they definately wont be able to hang in a game like Darkfall.

Now we don't have to hear them in game crying.

Actually... based simply upon the front page of adventurine's site he can absolutely have his CC stop payment and back-bill adventurine. Their feature list is false.

Nobody would be in danger of a lawsuit for asking their bank to reverse charges. There's nothing illegal about asking your bank to reverse charges for a product where you did not feel the services were provided as promised. Many many folks have done this before for many many games. I myself did it for several.

Note: I'm not taking a stance on whether the game is good or not. I'm simply stating a fact.

Personally I want to try the game but I'm not spending a dime on it till I get to try it first. And, frankly, nobody that wasn't willing to waste their money in the first place should have purchased it sight unseen.

It doesn't matter what the website says, if he calls his bank and explains to them what the case is, they will charge back AV and get his money back to his account.

It has happened many many times across many games.

I have had to do it twice myself, once with AoC and once with WAR.

I got my money back for both.

It is very simple to do, and he shouldn't have any problems at all doing it.

If wanting to play this game requires less than half a brain, you have to be working with less than an 1/8th of a brain to not have realized that release was going to be bumpy as hell.  For that reason alone you deserve nothing.

A lot of hardcore fanboi's in this thread. Anyways, after some thought, I'm getting my money back. I hope everyone at least gives this route some consideration. If the game is successful you can always come back in a week or more. They'll be happy to take your money.

hahahaha so your playing a game that is suppose to take skill but all it boils down too is ganking parties who swarm a play kill him and take his loot.........not to mention that this is probably going down as the worst launch of a game to date. Even conan had less issues

I have been bithcing about their lack of customer service skills, but I also said numerous times I would wait em out.  It is only 2 days into launch, and quite frankly, there isn't anything else out there.  I have no problem putting up with the game till its fixed.  The only thing I don't like is their business practices....
