ive played this game.. right now servers crashed again
this game is very simple, it has very less features right now. im not sure if they will fix this later on because obviously the game on release isnt that well. IMO, theres nothing much to do except for just run around and kill people.. get some money.. lose some money and armor all over again.. keep losing your armor and items over and over again like these items have no value. this game is like... a minigame of a normal MMO like runescape (or a bit less crappy mmo) .
what do you guys think?
is darkfall a fail? or pass?

This game does fail. I am having the exact same problems you are. I cannot connect, and when I do I DC within 5 minutes. Getting the thing patched took hours too. As I said in another topic, I am already in the steps to get a chargeback for this supposed purchase of a "game". |

No if you want fail Raizeen is a perfect example of it loitering around on the boards bashing something it isn't even interested in playing. You were in the game for a few minutes OP and you've experienced the game and seen the world eh? I guess you did everything and won at Darkfall. gf man |

I really can't understand people that think they have seen the whole game after 20 mins of it. It's like playing the first 5 mins of half life and then saying the game is retarded because all you do is sit in a train. ------------------------------------------------- EKSA |

What does first grade English have to do with anything. I was refering to the fact that your statement was completely wrong. I know how to read thank you. I too, could make a reference to an English course about your reply, but I have a little more respect for myself than that. |

Personally I had a strong feeling within an hour. I stuck with it a few days to make sure. Main reasons I chose not to play -UI is just horrible. World feels big empty and lifeless. Need to macro and 'spolit to keep up and remain competative. For a sandbox choices are meaningless and in cosequential (what shall I macro next while I watch TV or play something else) Many game systems and skills feel like 'placholders' certianly not dovetailed into a well designed game. Everything is a massive grind (most skills are raised by left clicking every xx seconds). It does have potential but as it stands the game is horrible. |

What I don't understand is the people that macro, or fire spells at trees all day and have the audacity to complain about a grind. I leveled MY skills up by hunting monsters, and I had a hell of a lot of fun doing it. You're creating your own grind there. |
