Central European Time is GMT+1 Athens is at GMT+2 (so technically, its already 26th February there). I suppose they could always go out on a limb and claim they were using GMT as the basis for their launch schedule...but thats beyopnd pushing their luck.

Yeah I agree, I think CET is the best measuring stick as thats considered standard time on the continent.
