Communication failure. So how long does it take for one player to farm the resources and make one module? hour ish if they have the gold 2 if not probly a lil longer so lets say at most 2k man hours for it maybe alil more |

I was not aware that Darkfall had a working encumbrance system yet, so far from what I have seen people are carrying huge amounts of items and materials even mounts and ships without any noticeable effect on there movement speed or stamina consumption whatsoever, presumably "I dono probly they weigh you down tho ALOT" is just speculation or perhaps wishful thinking. |

LOL 50 stone makes you run slow 51 is really slow armor and weps and stuff arent close to being as heavy but it will encumbrance you if you have enough on you uni banks are suppose to have a limit on them so 5 kilograms each off the top of my head |

So there is only realy a noticeable effect on encumbrance when you carry over the majick number of 50 units of a crafting resources?, but not usable items and equipment or ships and mounts? thanks for clearing that up. Because ive seen people with absolutely huge amounts of garbage in there packs and it does not seem to have any noticeable effect on movement speed or stamina consumption, not that it really matters when nearly everyone will be macroing resources and/or grinding on Mobs in the safe zones a short distance from the universal banks anyway. |

Was AV drunk when they built those walls? The left entrance doesn't even line up. I'd just stick with rafts and have fun running ppl over in the water. |

So, it takes 1 hour if you have required gold to build a module... about 2 hours if you don't A large shipyard takes 1000 modules or 1000 to 2000 man hours. Can you provide a link or list how many modules other elements take to build? |

The game is in damn debug mode when its in beta, which disables some gfx functions, can't you understand it already ? Also nice screenshots, the keep looks realy nice. |

it does not look better than aoc cities. I'm not bashing the game, but come on people be realistic. alot of the reason df screens can look good or bad is the water graphics are way more outdated. city building sounds pretty identical to aoc, you grind resources like a whore and then building in pre selected spots. have timers and complex siege systems. of course the great thing about DF cities is they are smack in the middle of the game world not instanced away with limited people fighting like aoc. |

Well what the hell is it still doing in debug mode, can't you understand that? Debug mode is in Alpha testing AV took a new spin on Beta and not a good one. Clearly their amateurism shows.

The hole in the wall is filled by a building. There is only one entrance when the city is built up fully.
Also, that city site is one of the least creative that I have seen. Other cities have much more interesting layouts. Sucks they have walls and cannons now though, I used to love ambushing them. _______________________________________________ The noob formally not known as not being the formally not unkown known APEist; The Stone Cold Killer of Tarq. |

Bump for an answer.
It's weird... every time I actually ask a question that people should be able to answer (considering how the Beta has been going on for so long and everything is so well tested) I get...
