I need a little help with loging in, basically I am trying to log in after registering my my account and entering my free trial code, but every time I try to log in I first type in my member password and it works but when I enter the PlayOnline password and it says that I have missentered my username or password, now I know I haven't screwed up my username since it doesn't even ask me for it and I type in the password I enter, but nothing. So I am asking if anyone knows something to do if they forgot their password or something, so I can get a generated one and enter the game. Any info is appreciated. |

Your POL username is a combination of 4 letters and 4 numbers. Something like ABCD1234. Is that what you are typing in? Also POL has two passwords. One is used to log in your account to the server. The other is a password specific to that computer. Just some added security if you are on a public computer. I have no used the free tiral, but others here have so they might be a little more helpful with that kind of issue. |

Thanks for the info, but were do I get this 4 letter 4 number username and both the passwords? or do I just come up with them myself? |

The POL ID is assigned by PlayOnline, you do not choose it yourself. You create a POL ID by registering for the service. I assume you've received a registration key for the trial already.
