IGG has announced that they are working on a new strategic sci-fi game called Galaxy Online.

Galaxy Online, first self-designed by IGG (http://www.igg.com), is a strategic online game combining a powerful battle system and abundant battle expressive force. Galaxy Online is the newest and best strategic game to be released in some time. Some players have said that it is comparable to Ogame, but we feel that Galaxy Online has a better strategic style and more satisfying gameplay. Today, IGG was very happy to give all players a brief introduction about this fast approaching game.

Galaxy Online is set across the vast universe, and players from different forces can PK freely. Battles rage constantly and in this galactic sphere, the law of the jungle rules. Players must promote their strength ceaselessly to maintain their position, and only the bravest and wisest commander can be the King! Players may like the many thoughtful design elements in the game, such as smart client, convenient galaxy trustee system, individual and intelligent Plug-ins system, all of which let players experience wonderful feelings whilst playing the game!

Cool another sci-fi game!

I have my doubts about this for .... well.... obvious reasons.

I stopped as soon as I saw IGG.   We'll see about this one....but I wouldn't get your hopes up.  More than likely just another spend 100+ bucks a month at the cash shop to compete game.

Holy smokes, another crappy IGG game, they announce these shitpiles every month or so, and they always suck as badly as the other ones they have.

I  want more screenshots   lol.

The day that IGG makes a decent game....if they are not the laughing stock of the entire MMO genre, I don't know who is.

Ooh, Star Kingdoms with graphics!  I used to like Star Kingdoms, but I didn't log on often enough to be very good at it. I think that game is still around, though... Hmm, this game will probably be a pile of crap, but it makes me wanna play Star Kingdoms!

They mixed up their screenshots with ones from an old Amiga game archive, right? *snort*

Anyone else notice the abundance of low post count, broken english positive responses to this game in this thread?

Amiga games were never that bad (I had a 500 & a 1200).  48k ZX Spectrum perhaps

Just what the world needs another cartoonish IGG Strategic Game. (O Boy) I can't wait!  This is one more in a long line of crap from IGG. OMG the humanity of it how much is enough

Yup, I noticed early on. But, I'm not gonna put on my tin-foil hat about it. Sure, it could be a [failed] promo-scheme. Or it could just be that the non-english speakers really do like bad games. Though, language shouldn't affect ones eye-sight, so I doubt that! *gasp* Conspiracy!  Whatever, I'm still not playing this game.

There were enough that were that bad - or worse - to justify making the statement. ;) The games that even the open-air-market pirates couldn't sell for £1-per-disk. ;)

Every gaming-system/platform has its bargain-bin rejects... IGG just seems to be trying to mass-produce them. :D The most disturbing realisation is that there are seemingly endless waves of lackwits that consistently spend money on them. :P
