May Heaven Smile and the Devil Have Mercy

Devianne's population is starting to become a huge concern for me.

At the release of Gracia is spiked up a good amount but it's dropping again, and after playing on this server for years, I think it may be time to move to another.

I want to know which server would be the best transfer as well as any other players that may be on Devianne, just so I can judge how dead the server actually is.

Thanks.

I play on Bartz, its still very healthy.

I just rolled a lvl 1 on Phoenix to see what the pop looked like.  Free gate ports now :)

Phoenix appears more populated than bartz but its not a drastic difference.  However, if I were to move being on Devianne Id definitely move to Phoenix.  Community seems to be popping there right now.
