Though it is bad for your health, start smoking.  No one likes to sit outside smoking by  themself, most smokers will talk to anyone outside smoking.  Not saying its a great idea, but it will make you friends.

I suggest you get a job if you don't have one. That way you can socialize with coustmers and workers. Eventually you can start going out, like clubbing. Try to open yoruself up to more people. Also Im the ladies man of these forms my friend. I can school you in the ways of Ninja-ing the ladies my friend.

Yeah, being a ninja is more advanced.  But yeah having a job really helps you. It's helped me when I was way younger, even though I was always a peoples person it helped me practice my speaking with females, how I approach them, etc. It's not hard at all now to me to catch the attention of a woman and keep it. But I wouldn't worry about women right now. Just focus on your people skills and get a job or try hanging out in a sociable area.

Start taking drugs, in no time you will be at your first Anonymous meeting, a good opportunity to meet new and like-minded people

Look, you are 19, you have lots of thing to do aside gaming.

First of all quit MMOs, not necessarily gaming.
Concentrate on school activities.
Join some kind of sport.
Usually practising sport give you the chance to join a different circle, more party oriented.
And partying is the way you can improve your social life at 19.
If you party though, you need to understand you will have to do things you might not be used to.
I am not going to list them to you, because I don't want to actively encourage people, but be prepared to be open minded.
If you are not, you will be seen as weirdo or a loser and quickly you will be pushed aside.

In all honesty, if you really want to enjoy yourself, you have to be prepared to let yourself go, and take life less seriously.

Join the military. You'll get all the social skills you need. Deference to authority, screw everyone else. Good business. Once your switch gets flipped in your head, you'll thank me. You'll be seeing the world with new eyes.
