They will say that they won because Hamas still exists and wasn't able to exterminate them(though that was never the goal) and that due to their intense fighting they managed to push Israel out of Gaza, not the fact they brokered a deal with Israel. So basically everything but the truth. The sad part is the Palestinians will believe it. It's almost like watching the North Korea regime being recreated in the Palestinian territories anymore.

heh I see it more as newer generations forget or don't realize the pains and sacrifices older generations have made, so they need their own struggles/sacrifices to "represent". Don't be terrorized! Without the US, Isreal probably would've wiped out every Arab extremist in the area and then some, because they wouldn't need to give a crap about what we think. If all we had to do was supply them guns and amo, Isreal would be ruthless. Better to have people fear and respect you, than smile in your face and laugh at you behind your back . The US is a big old mastiff with no teeth. Isreal is a crazy Pitbull on a leash. The US needs some teeth to bite again and Isreal needs to REALLY be let loose sometimes. We both take far too much %^$&#$ from countries and people who aren't worth the air they breath. |
