How can they put up a game for best game of 2008 that isn't actually relesed yet? :S And even better how can peopel actually vote darkfall as the best game for 2008 when it isn't released or shown that it delivers?

Shows how utterly useless an online poll with open participation is, when I looked Darkfall was in a clear lead for best game of 2008 and considering anyone actually playing the beta would be under a strict NDA that means anyone voting for it is voting based on no experience whatsoever with the actual game. |

Sorry friend but this is just plain silly. While i am eagerly awaiting some news on DF and it's release, how could i possibly vote for something that i havent seen yet? i mean were nearly at release and i still havent seen anything of it. as of this minute any game thats been released is above DF just due to the fact that they have an actual game out...voting for hope is just silly friend and your just asking to get negative remarks. Please Df comunity keep things like this away from forums, it just puts players that are on the fence of trying the game due to poor community! But i would also like to add from what i can see this is only a small part of the DF comunity and the rest seem a mature fair lot! |

I have to agree with what seems to be the general consensus here. I can't vote in that poll because it makes no sense. Someone else mentioned why. If a game hasn't even been launched yet, how can it win best of anything in 2008? Most anticipated, maybe, but best or favourite? The poll doesn't seem to be fooling most people here, either. It makes me wonder if the responses are mostly made up, too. |
