Hello, there are not perfect mmos around so be patience. If you post your rig maybe we can help you better. Anyway, first thing you can try is to start 'Configuration' before logging in, then setup graphics not in 'auto' but in 'directx' mode. There are some issue with some nvidia card then i suggest you go into technical section of the official forum to find all the issues and eventually the workarounds.
