A Darkfall T-shirt? Why don't you just get a 'I'm a massive nerd' T-shirt while you're at it.

If you walk around the shops wearing a T-shirt like that you would literally hear pussies clamping shut within a 100m radius of yourself.

Where can I order one?

Most malls can make one for you, and there are many online places that makes one if you just mail them the picture. As far as I know there is no official one yet. But it ain't expesive to have one custom made.

Here Mythic rules, I got a free Warhammer T-shirt 8 months before release at D3 That and some free beta play.

Aha! Now we know the actual release date of Darkfall. 8 months after they release the T Shirts! See, and you thought this thread was a waste of time.

If they have been honest about development and clearly show  what the state of the game all these years. Now we still don't know what the state of the game, is it in CB,  is it going to be released at the  date that they said, graphics, engine, features so on so forth. There are so many questions, doubts about Darkfall. And yet none of them are CLEARLY has not been answered by Tasos in these 8 years!

And there is no way of knowing ( forget about what Tasos said, says, will say)  that when Darkfall launches and there will smooth, and kept the features running and up.

I too wish that we would get more information about the game. But they arent required to give us any information if they dont want to. And after the lies that were told about a few other games that have recently released a lack of information is actually a bit of a relief now.

I am really hoping that they stick with the idea of giving everyone a free trial to the game as soon as it releases so you can try it out before you play. If they do stick with that idea it is a pretty good indication that they are confident in their game.

If it releases and it's an uplayable game, vaporware.
gameplay trailers, TheNoob reviews, nothing can really change that except a playable game released to the public.
Just like Half Life. Vaporware, till they released a decent game.

It is weird you posted this on another thread and now you are asking to buy fanboi stuff? Like t-shirt?

So you changed your mind about Darkfall?

Just wondering, sorry could not resist posting this..

This is correct. Razorwax was working on a game with the same name back in 2001. In 2002 Aventurine was formed and took over the project, same name different game since the majority was scraped and or updated.

Aventurine then built there own engine, then developed DarkFall. This started 2003, so simple math says in january of 2009 DarkFall will have been in development for 6 years not 8.

You may not like the above, but it is fact. You may not believe the above but your feelings or opinions do not outweigh the statements made by those that were actualy part of the above events.

If you truely wish to call BS then by all means show me the evidence that led you to that conclusion. I can link my sources all I am asking is that you do the same if you wish to debate.

Claus would seem to disagree with your statement according to this quote:

www.gamebanshee.com/interviews/darkfall2-1.php

08-03-2003
Claus: Darkfall is entering closed beta testing in September this year. The closed beta is fully playable, with most core features implemented. We will be adding features and content during closed beta, while we gear up for the next beta stages.

GB: In the past couple of years, have any of your design goals changed? Has anything been cut/added from the development process?

Claus: Very little has changed. We have stayed true to the original design, and kept almost all of the features promised when we launched the Darkfall site two years ago. We sadly had to remove some popular features such as flying mounts, for reasons having to do with game balance issues related to sieges, and deformable terrain, due to possible latency issues. We have tried to make up for it by adding more content than originally planned. We'll be looking at possibly implementing these features at a later date.

Edit:  Forgot to mention, and it's more of a semantics kind of a discussion than anything else.  What exactly did Claus mean when he said "we launched the DarkFall site 2 years ago."

It would seem that a person could infer that Claus did not differentiate between being Razorwax and being Aventurine... right?  Obviously that point it open to debate, but with him using that word we and then refering to a point from 2 years ago... it is still a point that could be made.

I think he wants that t-shirt as a joke which is a pretty good idea. I would find it funny if someone would wear a DF t-shirt, pretending to be a fanboi. Something like:
