How is any of that obvious ? Dark&Light and Mourning didn't smell nearly as much like vaporware as Darkfall still does. And we all know how those two turned out.

Even in the unlikely case that Darkfall should indeed be released at some point in the future, expecting even half the promissed features to be in and fully functional would be setting yourself up for a huge disappointment, MMO history should have taught you that much.

 

MMO history is meaningless - what happened to other games has ZERO influence on home DF turns out.

 

All the main features of Darkfall have been shown now in screenshots + movies. easily implemented stuff like X + Y = Z-style crafting i don't need to see to accept it's in the game. all the major stuff is obviously there. the only reasonable question is how well it's implemented, not whether it's there or not.
