Without knowing your system, try seeing what you have running in your background.

Have you turned off your machine lately?

Have you defragged your machine lately?

get more ram is the best fix.

you can end your processors, stop some services, defrag and clean up your pc.

That's my rig can you guys reccommed a good ram grade the most i can really spend is 80$.

I think you should just save up and get a new PC.  I don't think that buying more RAM is going to help you too much.

These are the minimum requirements for Vista users:

* 2.5 GHz P4 processor or equivalent
* 2 Gigabyte RAM
* A 128 MB Video Card, with support for Pixel Shader 2.0
* At least 15 GB of hard drive space
 

Your Processor is too slow and I don't even think your graphics card is supported.

-Honestly, I'm supprised you are even able to get Vista to run properly.  I always thought you needed at least a gig of RAM for it to even boot up.

I'm only 17, and am saving for a car so a new computer isn't possible in the near future.

Will new ram atleast let me play?

How slow is the processor? i don't know much about computers.

Even *if* adding more RAM would let you log in (and that's a really big "if"), the hardware you got there will not allow you to play the game with acceptable frame rates.

But in any case, RAM is quite cheap these days, so upgrading to 2GB is not much of an investment. Even if WAR should still cause problems, your performance under VISTA will definitely benefit from adding more RAM.

It's not worth getting WAR with a PC like that. I don't think you'd ever be able to enjoy it. If you get some more RAM perhaps you could play WoW on low settings at acceptable frame rates. Until you get a new PC WAR is certainly not your game.

Having Vista on that PC doesnt help, as it requires more RAM than XP.

Anyhew, it is clear that your system is below the recommened, but if you want to try addressing the error message directly try this:

Close down everything that you dont need, press ctrl-alt-delete to get your Task Manager, look at all the processes that are running under your user name, that is, not System process, identifiy what each of these process are, by googling them (eg, skypePM.exe is my skpye app running)

DO NOT stop any process that you are not 100% sure is not required.

However what ever you do it will never have the minium amount of raw RAM.

So you need to increase your virtual memory, in XP this is done in  Settings >Control panel>System Properties>Advanced

And click the Performance settings, once in there increase your paging sze to a minimun of say 2.5 GB

What this means is that it will treat 2.5GB of your HDD as RAM.

This may get WAR running, although it will be pretty slow.

You could also overclock your CPU. it is currently a 2.0GHZ and the minimum is 2.5GHZ.

You will need to check in the Bios to overclock you CPU, this is tricky and if you dont knowmuch about PCs it is not recommended.
