I find it  funny that F2P games have better animations than Darkfall which will be a P2P which Im guessing. 

Perhaps their priorities are in content.  If they had great graphics they would be flamed because they want everyone to buy a new rig.  The graphics are good, they aren't amazing, but from what I hear AoC and Warhammer crap out when you get into big team battles even with an adequate computer.  Not only is it likely that the graphics are intentionally controlled for seamless battles instead of slide shows, but I couldn't care less if they provide a stimulating game.  I will understand what is happening as long as I can see humanoid figures, pointy objects, and firey projectiles. 

I dont mean to say that its a horrible thing to critisize Darkfall for its graphics, but I dont think its "funny" at all.

i just watched the HD video and graphics and gameplay look great. female human running is pretty bad, but meh i wasn't planning on playing a female human anyway... ork running from ADW was pretty good.

i am seeing a lot of potential for intense PVE and high skill GvG action.

Looks really nice, I just hope they continue to work on the animations.

Interesting video. Graphics were *puke* but that doesn't matter if they actually deliver what they promise. The problem is they promise SO MUCH that it's hard to believe they will be able to deliver half of what they claim. If Darkfall starts up for real in December after one month of play testing, and you can't build cities, can't build boats, can't have a guild with more than 14 members due to a bug... etc etc etc... Darkfall will be doomed.

As for informed...woah...look who your talking too. been following this game for years and never liked it that entire time. I could care less how it looks, moves, smells, tastes, whatever...I hated all the crap that company has put their own fanbase through. Theres NO excuse at all...and just because this was the year that they started showing anything mindless fans (yeah you read that right...i could name a few) started acting like its the best thing to come in ages. in the end it will be nothing at all just like all the crappy MMOs before it (dark and light anyone?)

I find it even funnier that games with horrible graphics and horrible animations STILL beat out ANY of the mmo's of today such as War, WOW and AOC. None of them hold a candle to UO b4 trammel and darktide server on AC.
