Couple of friends and me have given good thought into trying this game again after not playing since like its launch year. We wanted to know if there were some major fixes that had taken place and or if they have any North American Servers? Originally all of the servers were in like Europe. It would be nice to hear if the animations were improved upon as well. Thanks

Seriously there have been countless fixes since launch, and too many to really try listing. The big things are greatly better performance and elimination of huge numbers of bugs. There are two US PvE servers and one US PVP server and one European PVE server although people can play on any of them. Seradon is the most populated server. Try the IoD it is a free downloadable trial.

Uh, I was never aware ANY of the servers were Euro servers. All US to me.
Seradon is what you want though. |

I really like what VG has to offer, however, the last time I tried (right after the IoD) there still weren't enough other people to make it enjoyable. Hopefully you will have better luck as the game really is brilliant as it stands now, in my opinion, and has a whole lot to offer. IIRC the servers are labled as to which are which, but I would go with Serandon. Good luck and happy questing.

Echoing the others, try Isle of Dawn, it is a free trial and gives you a feel for how the game is now. There has been so many fixes you can't count them all! But the client is still not the best and if I have any negative to say about VG it would be about the client. A little low population as well, but on the other hand the world is huge!
