So for us, Europe and USA costumer the release date it's near!

Here all the date for the launch:

November 18th 2008 2pm ~ November 23rd midnight: Pre-launch subscription discount event
November 23rd 2008 Sunday midnight: Open beta ends
November 25th 2008 Tuesday 10am: Aion Launch

And The Price List:

Standard 30day Subscription: 19,800 Won (10.85€)
Power 90day Subscription: 47,520 Won (26.05 €)
3 hour play ticket: 3000 Won (1.65€ )
30 hour play ticket: 12,000 Won (6,57€)

The price will be changed for the Occidental Market.

And oh, just because it launches soon in Korea, doesn't really mean it's getting close for a Western release. I'd say atleast half a year until it's released. Faster depending on if they have a company releasing it here in europe/states and such. Buut yeah, only time will tell.

We've some contact inside NcSoft, so we know some great announces like the incoming OB for the western release ;)

but infact NCsof say that it will be at least 4 months after korean release that we get ours, as they said the will try for 2 month intervals starting with Korea then China then EU/norther America then towards the end of 2009 centeral and osthern American versions.

Chinese OBT starts on Jan 1st. so by that it would seem that EU version will be march with an April release.

I dont know about you guys,all i know is i cant wait this game is gonna be off the hook.

I think that would make a heck of a lot more sence to do it that way. Thats how WoW did it and I liked that, it helps on the cost, instead of going out to purchase a $40 disk you can just upgrade the account; hope that will be the case.

You are correct, NA/UE does not get a CB/OB, just preview events in early 09.

BTW the title is misleading it should be "Official Korean Launch"

NCSOFT have already said there will be no beta in EU and NA, they have done all the testing they needed in Korea....only thing that needs testing in EU and NA is translation.

Yeah, if I remember correctly I downloaded WoW from the original site, then upgraded to a p2p account after my free trial period was over. They started billing me only the monthly fee, the only thing I had to pay for were the expansion pack I missed which I think was only $30.

So yeah, hopefuly this is how they do it. I never read where they said there will not be a NA CB or OB, that would make sence though because they have spent so much time on testing sofar. I really don't mind not having a beta here, everyone starts on the same pace, fine by me.

:) Look @ posts up to your, I say only PREVIEW like an OB (NC says Gold OB for Western Users).

I work with AionItalia.it ... official NC fansite and one of admin friend's work in NC... so... who Fail? :)

The game will most likely be shipped in retail boxes since thats one way to get some PR. I doubt they will have any only sub upgrades like WoW since NC soft has yet to do that with their main titles on the western market. Ofc things change but going on past experience it is safe to assume a 49.99 USD retail box and 14.99 Monthly fee.

That you guys know there's gonna be PEs in 2009? (who doesn't)

Or you know the specific dates for them?  (which would be interesting since there are no specific dates for them yet, not even inside the lines of NC).

No we know when the game come out with the Gold Preview and other :) But to an idiot like You I don't say anything.
