Should i buy the new WoW expansion and start playing wow again, or buy the new LOTRO expansion coming out soon. I have played WoW before and done raids got epics etc. but i have never played LOTRO so it will be a very fresh experience if i get it any suggestions??

You will get many different responses from people who prefer WoW or LotR. You know what WoW is all about so if you had fun before you quit then I suggest going back. As for LotR I suggest trying the trial out first and reading up on it before buying it. Here is the thread for the buddy request here on MMORPG.com. ------ |

Neither, play WAR. WoW relies too much on the principles of addiction to keep people playing. LoTRO is great for the first 20 levels, but loses its focus and much of its fun from there. It is a near perfect Middle Earth simulator, but falls somewhat short as a game.

already played WAR got to lvl 20 when i came to the realization that all i was doing was scenarios... quest were terrible because they gave bad exp and a slow rate compared to scenarios and the rvr zones were always dead there were like 2-5 ppl there all together and it was only lvl 30s just coming to gank... i think im not gonna go back. And if you're thinking of telling me wait a while for everyone to get to 40 so the pvp will be better? dont think so theres no reason to pvp at lvl 40

....ya doing scenarios over and over is so much fun..... dont get me wrong it was fun at first but... it just got repetitive very fast
