Must have been part of the maintenance last night... I dunno how I feel "philosophically" about taking away event items like that... kinda disappointed tho. The contents of this post do not necessarily reflect the views of MMORPG.com and its management. |

Yes, it stated on the original patch notes that the event item would only be there until Nov. 13th, so it wasn't exactly a surprise. |

yeah I miss my pumpkin head already. Maybe they'll give us Turkey necks for thanksgiving

Yep, there was patch last week wherein the pumpkin head will be removed. Maybe they are thinking of something new this coming Christmas season. Maybe a Santa hat or anything else. It was not appropriate wearing pumpkin head during this season. |

because Jack o lantern is an item event only for halloween.. and since halloween is over it is just right that they took away the jack o lantern equip.... |

Even though the pumpkin looked terrible, I will miss the 10 stats that it gave, which was a pretty significant addition to my character. IIRC, it added around 300 might... not bad for an equipment that goes in a slot where there is no other exisitng equipment. |

Is that really true? There are no other existing equipment for the head part? That is why they put the letter X again in that slot? Isn't it? I never notice that one until I read the forum...I guess they will be reserving that slot for other season like Christmas... |

Another way could've been removing the effect it gives but letting the players keep the pumpkin head for them to wear if they feel so. This is so that players can keep it as a memento if they wanted to as a memory that they were already playing in each server when this event happened. This is but my opinion of course, but i feel sad without it. :( |

i agree with having to keep it as a memento. just like the way that some users have their names coloured blue to signify they were present during the closed beta. im guessing there would be better headgear like turkey necks (lol what??) |

I was kinda getting used to seeing that smiling orange pumpkin attached on my head. Anyway, maybe the devs are planing something for the next holiday season...
