Fear not fanbois, we are not trolls, let's take off your tin foil hat and learn what VAPORWARE is: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vaporware "Vaporware is a term used to describe a software or hardware product that is announced by a developer well in advance of release, but which then fails to emerge after having well exceeded the period of development time that was initially claimed or would normally be expected for the development cycle of a similar product." |

Yeah, no doubt you polled all 200 members and got their opinions. I'm sure none are unhappy about anything with the game.
and no doubt, none will ever quit the game or your guild. cough cough. |

I agree, I am part of a huge guild as well. We are definetly active and running a 400 vent channel just for AoC since our other vent channel couldnt handle both AoC members and the other mmorpgs games we play, so finding a party is'nt that hard to do. We got a few high level 60's so far and the guild is averaging around levels 30s to 60s now. We got around 400+ guild members alone on our PvE server and our PvP server has 300+ But all in all, pretty much everyone is satisfied about the game and having a great time! On the other note.. These people that are butchering the game have a right to their opinion, but I dont see a mass exodus anytime. There are just a few out of the many that need to vent about their bad experience with AoC. |

Originally posted by HiGHPLaiNS I agree. All I'm saying is that not 100% of everyone in a large guild agrees. That is simply not true. Do I believe most of a guild that went to AoC are having fun and enjoying it? Sure, no doubt about it. I just think the "100% of us agree" is a b.s. statement. Saying that, I've been in guilds where if you don't agree with them and have an opinion that differs than their agenda, you will soon be removed. That isn't bad, it is just the way it is.

I am in a 50 to 60 person guild and I've yet to hear anyone complain about any aspect of the game play. Some of the players who are playing? Sure, but its nothing we've not seen before. But I'd have to say that I believe most (if not all) are enjoying it. We have a couple people who aren't as thrilled about being back in MMOs in general (too long out of the genre, older computers, etc), but its nothign to do with the game, and they are enjoying it, just not playing as much as some others are ;). We have has a small exodus to the PvE servers for some people who just didn't like the PvP nature of Cimmeria, but other than that, I'd have to say that 95-100% of the guild I'm in would agree with the OP. But then, we've been looking for a new game since we had our exodus from SB about 2 years ago, it seems that AoC is that game :D And I can tell you I was one of the more pessimistic members going into the game in the guild, not anymore ;) |

thats impressive that a guild of 200+ people LOVES the game. You talked to every 200 members of your guild? Come on now. Your BSing us lol. Just say you like the game. I respect that. If you love it you love it. Thats awesome. But don't make up stories like that; it only makes you look bad. |

Dunno about OP but regarding big guilds we still have more then decent player base with 40 to 45 members online at prime times. So no WAR, WOW for us atm. Futilez Mature gaming guild |

You can find 200 people that like to paint fish and release them back into the water. That means what? In general the AOC community is evaporating before your eyes. Lets get real here.

the 120 hardcore members of our guild would like to disagree. There is not one still in AoC.....we are all back in wow. Maybe in a year or so when the game is polished enough to play. |

Even if this were true, this poll is silly.
This is like asking people eating inside McDonald's dining area the question "Do you like McDonalds?"
Ask the people outside the restaraunt for an unbiased opinion. |
