I think we all agree that we would like our servers merged, as has happened in the US, in this population sensitive game. GOA seem to be dragging their feet for what ever reason (and as i hear from others this is what happened in DAOC). Short of cancelling our subs we have very little we can do. The only thing I can think of doing is filling out the Feedback form in-game complaining about server population and requesting free transfers. Whether the feedback goes to GOA or Mythic i don't know, but as far as i see this is the only way we can get our message across is to bombard this in game Feed back Form. If you have any other suggestions please post them here. Thanks,

Hi all, Please use the following link, to directly communicate to Mythic about the server mergers( or lack of) in Europe. If enough of us send them feed back hopefully they will sort something out. http://herald.warhammeronline.com/feedback/index.php
This is the response i get from the EU site feed back form when I asked when server mergers will be, so go to the aboved linked site to feed back directly to Mythic. Dear Customer, Kind Regards,

I wish you good luck as I already have left the game due to dead server and cannot send anymore ingame feedback. |

The US service has not Merged Servers, ever, and has no plan to do so. We were offered free transfers from lower pop servers to higher pop servers, nothing more, nothing less. herald.warhammeronline.com/warherald/NewsArticle.war I've played since Beta 2, no plans for a merge have ever been considered post launch. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |

I kinda think that IS what he actually meant... But in reality, it essentially is a player-activated merge, as if you stay on the Low server, you are screwed. Quite clever of them really - achieving a server merge without having the negative publicity of doing so. BTW, I'm not a hater, I want them to make me love it with the 1.1 patch.... Currently Playing Nothing... |

Servers merged, free transfers, what's the big difference MR Pedantic? If that is the only thing you can contribute why bother? |

The transfers make little sense if not followed by a merge. Usually a game will transfer people from full servers to dead ones if they are trying to save them. But to take low pop servers and let people transfer off, means servers that are even more dead, I think they started with the transfers to ease the eventual merge. My only question is will they wait till Christmas, hoping that enough people will join to breathe life back into the dead servers. I think that they are dreaming if they do wait, but since release they have proven themselves very capable of dreaming ... |
