Hey guys, it will be that time soon ... time to roll your DK in WotLK. I have made a list of the top races for PvP as a guide to help you make your decision.  Don't roll without it!

Has anyone here made up his mind?  I'm going troll, of course, and I expect millions of Blood Elves.

I will be playing a female gnome with pink hair.  I will name her  Arthniceass

Gnome, obviously.

Undead or possible tauren

I'm playing a human paladin,as overpowered a blood elf can be I simply can't roll that,it looks like a faggot.

Roll something you like and you're not ashamed to play with.If someone things that he can win with the racials then it's a problem,and for the game sake many thing so.

The fact is that if your better,you win.Till the horde players (which of course have better racials) find they're buttons I already kill them.

I hoped blizztardz would balanced alittle the factions in wotlk but didn't had high expectations because of they're subjectivism.But that for me only makes my victory's taste better.

In general I think they have made great strides toward balancing the racials in WotLK so far.  There are still some weak points but it's better than it used to be.  With a class like DKs that can choose any race, the pressure is on to make sure one is not an overwhelming favorite, and I think they've done a good job of that.

I'm prolly gonna stick to making a blood elf Dk, but because i absolutely despise every single gnome ever created i could go tauren.....but only if they gave them the racial ability of "gnomestomp".

p.s. all gnomes should go lemmings style and jump off a cliff into a fire.

war: the entire gnome race getting wiped out in the opening scene of the WoW movie(preferably by a tauren stampede going into gnomer as the gnomes have finally taken back their capitol city), then being removed from the game.

I would play gnome DK if I dident roll horde, but since I did Im pretty sure Im going UD DK.

Belf Death Knight all the way, baby!

I think I am going to go Dwarf DK I play as a Gnome on my main, but just feel a Dwarf DK will kick ass.......

Gnome, end of discussion.

If I were to make a Deathknight I would go human or gnome for the annoyance of the horde. More little ones to slip under their feet to win the battles if I was going to be a gnome. haha

 Just wanted to make a note here, I actually updated my rankings to move Night Elf from #5 to #4 on the list for the Alliance!   

Be sure you guys don't make a horrible choice that you'll regret a year down the road =)

Attack Power Buff

Stun Resistances

UD DKs really wont be that great, cannibalize isnt a combat ability, and Lichborne=Will of the Forsaken they even share a cooldown

Tauren DKs have some extra health that makes them the best for tanking, but they wont be as good for PvP because they deal less dmg as Orcs

Trolls and Blood Elves are both gay.

For alliance, Human because of Every Man For Himself being OP

I no longer play, but if I were to roll a DK I would either go Undead (even if their armor is busted looking) or Orc.

Definitely Orc.  Dont orcs also still get bonuses with axes?

They get bonus expertise with axes.

And as much as I love to play as orcs, I might make a Tauren DK.

 Because I already have an Orc shaman, rogue, and warrior.

 Tauren, because size maters.

il probably go human, or troll...they are the only two races in WoW that i can play..dont like the others. not sure why

The Tauren racial gets nerfed for the xpac.  Instead of 5% health increase they are getting a 350 health only increase at 80.

I have to echo your sentiments here, to an extent.    In general, I like the looks and skills of the Orc, so I would be inclined to choose Orc for my Death Knight.    But I already have an Orc rogue, hunter, and shaman... so really I would rather have something new =)

Pink-haired gnome ladies.

Nothing else can convey the terror of Death Knights better.
