 I won a key but it won't let me claim it! Every time I submit my information it loads a page saying incorrect username / password and asks me to try again, but I'm using the exact login info I use on this site every day!

Yes i have that same problem, tried everything i can think of, but it still says "invalid username/password try again"

Would be great if someone could help us out with this problem

 

 

Here is how I figured it out. My password is of a length more than 10 characters (not telling exactly how many ) but when I went into "My Profile" to make sure I was entering the right password I noticed it said next to the password box "7-10 characters length". I thought that was weird, since my password is more than that and works if I login from the main page.

So I went back to the confirmation page for the contest and entered the first ten characters of my password. Viola! It worked. Maybe you guys have passwords that are also longer than 10 characters. If so, enter only the first ten. Hope this helps!

So I have confirmed. Now what do I do? Do we have to wait untill all the keys are given out? Are they going to snailmail it to me or email? Sorry if this is alot of questions but this is my first time at winning one of these and I'm really excited.

Once everyone confirmed MMORPG will send the info of the winners to Spellborn and then they will email the keys.

The beta client takes up 13 gigs. looks like im going to have to make some room for that game. lol

Still waiting on my key. According to my unofficial count and the rules. 49 people have missed thier opportunity to recive a beta key. That should open up those slots for deserving and hungry to help people. <<<<<<<

Also, those that wait patiently are waiting longer due to the non responsive winners. I hope they get tosed in the loser pool and some of us that watch the boards every few hours get a break, 49 people is way too many. What were they thinking? Have they even heard about this game? would they play even if let in? hmmm, begs so many more questions.
