Every day I here someone on OOC say they got stuck and how do I get un-stuck...  I think to myself, "noobs".... Then I got stuck today...lol

I have never encountered a mmo with so many places to get stuck!! 

And fyi.. I love the game.

Hey, thanks.... I was between a wall and building.  No amout of  /stuck would help. lol

you have to petition the GMs or try relogging. Both tend to work.

IMO, The reason this happens is because, I think, there is some coding was left in game for destructable eviorments. Not sure tho.

Good news is when you do /stuck on test server it sends a report of the precise location reported from for looking at.

Used to be bad when I first played, dropping thru sand to water haha. But it's been cleaned up well.

I remember in beta having to run in every nook and cranny to see if it could happen.

If  /stuck does not work then it is quite easy. use path of Azura. Will take you back to the tavern or last place you bound to.

Is some places that can hapen yes. Particulary when you are climbing and jumping around where you probably shouldn't. Heres my checklist to get unstuck:

1. Jump at all kinda directions and try to run.

2. write /stuck

3. Summon your horse. This usually works (have every time for me).

4. If all else fails, path of Asura.

Oh yea and logging in and out has worked for me in the past :)

And charge ALWAYS work if a suitable victim is nearby.

Spamming /stuck a hundred times has always worked for me. But the best and the fastest way is to cancel your account.

Yep first week into my second month it happened quite a bit (gm's were quick about helping I must add) which is why i intially quit. The worst case of falling through the world I had was in the tavern in tortage, fell through the floor into invisible water. Nothing could be done but sending a petition in about it. Which was answered rather quickly. They had a rough time finding me though lol.

Obviously you never played HGL or Vanguard to name a few.But judging by your sig, you play AAA mmo titles which explains, don't get me wrong AoC is fun but not stellar or AAA.And not every game has to be AAA to be a good title either.

This wont work if you get stuck while 'falling' though.  What will work is this :  Logout , run verify, reboot and relog.

I once came outta the cistern made a left and went down the stairs to that dead end area where one of the quest awaited me, but the stairs allowed me to fall through them and I was stuck there for about 8 hours until something was fixed either with my character data and/or on the server end.  I will never know as my ticket was closed and there was no contact at all from funcom.

Seems like some great advice above.

Just hope this guy haven't returned to FC if you petition

Hehe well i have got stuck like 2 times, once i used /stuck and it worked and once i just recalled.

And yes i too really like this game ! I am having alot of fun playing it !

Lol, it's funny when some of you guys always need to end with that same marketing speech.

When i played AoC for like 3 weeks after release i got stuck in the same position for 3 days on a toon, spammed /stuck, didnt work, it took the GMs 3 days to get my toon out lol, hence one of the reasons i quit ^^
