I'm pretty sure I read a review about 6 months ago about a MMO based on GTA or was I dreaming, I can't seem to find it anywhere now. |

I haven't seen anything about at GTA MMO coming up anytime soon, and i think it would only do well based on Hype of the consule game.. actuall game play would more then likely turn out kinda lack luster

"All Points Bulletin'" Is a MMO with a huge city world where you can either be law enforcement or gang member and the project is founded by the same man who founded the original GTA game.
Also there was rumors like 3 years ago (i think it was a fact actually) that rockstar north had set a team of maybe 5 people on investigating the posibilities in making a GTA MMO, but i havnt heard any about it since. could be really cool I think, different gangs and so forth in the game. spray painting each others turf, drive by shootings. ahh the list could go on and on. not to mention illegal street races. i wonder if you could join the cops as a faction or will cops just be npcs... hmm sounds fun though.

GTA online? Good lord! If the game is successful at all, you won't be able to drive two blocks without getting your car jacked. I hope you can lock the doors! Sounds fun, though.

There is an "unofficial" version of something like Gta San Andreas as MMORPG.
You can look about it there : San Andreas Multiplayer Or search about San Andreas Multiplayer on gooogle  By the way not all server got the same "version", I mean there are "racing" servers, "Real Life" servers (kinda MMORPG) where u get money by killing peoples than u buy better weapons, buildings like casinos and etc etc... Try it, at least it's funny

Yes there is i was just reading about it like 2 days ago.As a matter of fact ,i think it was almost near alpha stage.Too bad i forget the name of it.On a closer note,i know of a game called APB that is sort of the same thing.Ok i think i might remember the name of it,i believe it was called Crimecraft,but i may be mistaken i read too much and can get games confused. |

A game like this seems like it could be really chaotic. I just picture bullets whizzing by, cars and bikes flying off of rooftops and ramps, people pulling you out of your own car if you're not paying attention, explosions, death, and general awesomeness. |

The sad part is if it happened I would subscribe. Yea yea, lame content, same thing over and over ......... I don't care. Sometimes mindlessly killing innocent people and beating up old ladies really just does it for me.
I played Left for Dead for about 8 hours one night over and over, I realized something. wouldn't it be great if the zombies just kept coming and I killed as long as I could. Sick I know. But there is something to say for mass mindless slaughter. |

Wow, a GTA MMO? How's that gonna be like? Looks veeeeeeeeeeeeeeeery interesting! I love GTA! It serves as my stress reliever when I really want to bash someone's car in reality but can't so I just do it virtually!
