Absolutely wrong, tbh. My objections to this board are the following: 1. The continued denigration of the current SWG players as "kids," "morons," or any of the other terms used to describe them. I still play, and I know many, many players who are far from being either. So I started to walk into the water. I won't lie to you boys...I was terrified. No, you just can't handle anything, without spazzing and reporting. because MMORPG gave us this wonderful forum that doesn't toe SOE's coorporate line and for that i am thankful. the only reason your trolling tonight is because of the announcement tomorrow. 1. There are a few posters who are more guilty of doing this, yes. The same names come up again and again. But I certainly don't target anyone in particular. 2. Nobody in their right mind is denying that some people overinflate the sub estimates, or insist that the game's population is healthier than it was pre-NGE, but from what I read around here, those are few and far between compared to those who make outlandishly low estimates. 3. Do a search for "fanboi," "SOE shill," or w/e, and do a search for "SOE-haters" and see what comes up more. Do I deny that the game definitely has problems? No, of course not. But, in my opinion, it's not nearly as bad as some people around here make it out to be, and after having tried several other MMOs, it's definitely the one I still enjoy playing the most. But not everyone is guilty of mud slinging. You seem to paint the people who do not agree with you with the same brush. 2. And the day has arrived. My friends, this afternoon (depending on where you live) is the day SOE ceases to matter with respect to Star Wars MMO's (as if they werent' already) and we finally have an idea of when the NGE comes to an end.
