I think the game stands a decent chance if they release it a good while after WOTLK comes out, but they said something about late November....I think they ought to wait a couple more months :\ Playing: Star Wars: The Old Republic Waiting For: Guild Wars 2, sort of.

The most excited I have been for a mmo in a long time. It has some new/fresh elements to it I look forward to and a nice sci fi background. MMO's Played: UO, EQ, SWG, CoX, DAoC, WoW, Champions Online, AION, SWTOR, RIFT.....

If selling more copies than all other MMOs released this year combined = fail, then yeah...WOTLK will be another fail. LMAO! I'm looking forward to checking out CoS too.

It gave people what they wanted and catered to both hardcore and casual players. Granted the pvp isn't all that the PVE more than makes up for it.
