 I gave it a 10, I'm having a lot of fun with AoC after playing LotRO and WAR. 

   I give AoC about an 8 or 9 tops.

   I got the game at launch, played for a month or so and quit when the shit started to hit the fan.  The patch that made you perma knocked down or completely invisible, pets didnt obey commands, and all that was the final straw for me.

   Another month later, I read they implemented the pvp system... sorta.  I used my buddy pass to see if the game was any better.  The consequence system isnt in place yet so ganking is EVERYWHERE!!! but its fun to actually get pvp experience.  So I resub'ed.

   I'm really enjoying myself again, all the problems that made me quit have been fixed.   But! recently after the mail fixing patch or whatever the fuck it was, has seemed to cause horrible constant lag spikes to the game.  Everyone is getting them, and Funcom has denied that it's their servers causing it.

  So, rating wise:

  Graphics: Of course are top notch, best graphics out there 10

  Sound:  Awesome sound, epic music 10

  Technical:  So so, was fine until last patch made the lag storm come

  Quests/Raids:  Fun! I havent had a memory leak yet during, and my graphics dont turn into pokadots!

  Community:  Decent, there are a lot of nice people willing to give you a hand, or RP. Still a  crap load  of  ass hats and ass clowns though too.

  Overall I really like AoC again, I've come to grips with what FC did and how many people are left after the shattering.  I'm gonna stick it out and Conan is gonna rock n roll here soon.

I gave it a 1 to balance out all the fanboy 10/10.

Otherwise I would have given it a 5/10. AoC has some good things but if you look past the graphics, it's just a bugged, mediocre game that gets old really fast.

In the bad shape it is now, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

There's only 11% who voted a 10, compared to 27% who voted a 1. How is that counter balancing anything? A five would be fair, hell thats what my rating on this site came out as, 5.6 to be exact. I have no problem with voting a one if that's how you feel about the game, but I knew people were doing it just for the reaction. This just shows how screwed everything is on this site, and why ratings mean nothing. To many people vote based on an agenda, that's not fair to those who seek reliable information in the slightest bit.

You say you're here to inform people of the state of the game, yet admittedly give false information.  You don't see the irony in that?

Actually I played it day before yesterday with my friends account. There are some improvements, but nothing substantial. The game still sucks.

People need to realize that a change in MMO's don't come in one or two patches. You need months and months of coding and recoding to make make a real change. So don't wait for that miracle patch, it's not coming.

AoC might be good in 6 months time.

How can it be verging on a 10 ?? Your just as bad as the people giving it a 1/10

Are you saying the PvE, PvP, Crafting, Economy is near perfect and the game has no bugs or missing content?

AoC is worth no more than a 7/10 currently. And its definately not worth below a 5/10. I gave it a 6/10 which happens to be what the Eurogamer review gave.

Would of been nice for people to give marks based on reality rather than biased.

I'm going to give Guild Wars 2 solid 10/10 when it comes out. I know it will be worth it even though I haven't even seen it yet :) But I'm a GW fanboi so I probably lack the objectivity to give a fair review.

I actually went back to GW1 after I was disappointed with AoC and I'm loving it. I really believe GW has the best, most complex skill based pvp in any MMO today.

I give AOC a 8.

Why ? Becaus i like it, i have a very good time playing AOC.

I like the grafic, music, combat, the community, the mature content etc.

AOC is not perfect, it has its problems and stuff missing, but i think its still a very good and cool game, and you can definitely have a very good and fun time playing it !

Since lunch AOC has improved ALOT and it will improve way way more ! New stuff coming, new fixes etc.

I really have high hopes for the next big patch !

I play AOC with 4 irl friens and we have a very good time ! my friend jonas father even started playing AOC 3 weeks ago with 2 of his friends.

Well i really like AOC and hope more people will play it !

I recommend people to try AOC and see if you like it or not, but all i can say is that AOC is a very fun and cool game and it will improve alot

There's still a lot for Funcom to do,  but they're slowly getting there.

I find it funny that 25% of 126 voters gave AoC 1/10 . Clearly it's not as bad as 1/10 but I think this shows how much people dislike FC and their business practices.

I gave it 6/10. I would have given it 5/10 if not for the quest with the cooked human head in the pot.

I think it show the same as any other poll, that people want to see the results and just answer what ever (certainly 1 if you are a WAR fan and have not even tested the game ).

I give the game a 9/10 by the way.
