This game isn't 24/7 scenarios... So please dont post how bored you are at grinding scenarios for XP...
The game is about world objectives and taking control of keeps and cities ect.. IF you havent experienced a keep raid or a city raid, please dont speak. |

So long and thanks for all the fish! I find the constant RvR (Yes, I regularly do keep taking) refreshing change from the PvE questing we've been spoonfed with these past years. |

Really. You might not want to play MMO's
Like, pretty much ever.
Compared to the other myriad of games launched and played in the las decade+, this game has been solid, stable, entertaining, and challenging. (IMHO, of course.) I would seriously suggest that anyone annoyed with War (at this point) take a good hard look at whether or not MMOs are for you. |

I tried it and i wont be resubbing. I thought from the 1st day the overzealous spokesman was attempting to distract.I believe i was right. The game is at best average.It is no better and no worse than any mmo at launch.Ill be playing through my free month but this is no way worth sticking around for another. MMO's are dropping the ball on originality and losing customers. The next game im buying is FALLOUT 3.You devs start making games that look and play like this 1 will and you will get my money but between real life and devs overhyping a game im done with this genre. What is your physical limit? |

Scenarios is no longer the fastest way to get XP.They increased t3 and t4 pve experience allot and now im doing quests that are giving 10k.Levelling is now much easier then before.They also inreased open field RvR xp by 50 percent wich is a ton.Now doing keep sieges are even better then scenarios if you get a good group.I like how the devs are handling things they are actually listening to what we say we dont like and what we would like to see changed.Im having fun for now,not the best game ive played but its allot of fun till sonmething better comes along.

Loving this game. So much, I almost never come here any more. There is a tonne of content... It has been let down by excessive scenario rewards (relative), and excessively low server pop caps, imo, some of the classes need work, open RVR needs more content, and the chat system currently sucks, but overall it's pretty much as good as it gets. I have faith in WAR's future. |

I can walk around the contested areas for hours and not see another living soul. In fact I did it as a chicken the other day trying to find some areas of interest. It seems that this games only reliable choice for having decent PvP is scenarios and I do not blame people for chosing the path of most enjoyment. |

This site is full of jaded, "know-it-all", trolls that think their opinion is fact. It's the main reason I never post here but, this errked me a bit.
Launch - I have been in every "AAA" beta and launch since SWG. WAR by far has had the best launch to date. I have had zero DCs, zero CTD, zero lag. Gold is not an issues, inventory space is not an issue, no game breaking bugs like most MMOs start with.
Balance - It's very good. Anyone crying about bright wizards needs to take some leasons on PvP. All that cry just get pwned and, want to cry about it in forums.
Gameplay - Each class is unique and has a different set on mechanics. Tactics, Renown, and Career skills keep you busy too.
Features - There is more going on in WAR at launch than any other MMO EVERY! Hate EA all you want. They got the money, the resources and the drive to make WAR #1. Hell, 750,000 accounts active in less than one month. I bet we hit 1,500,000 by Dec 26th.
Can't find a group? Join a guild. Every "problem" has a solution. If you don't like the game. Go. This game hasn't even come to life yet though. Wait till the masses have level 40s and city raids become common place.
I think many complainers went into the game with the intention to complain. They don't want to like the game. They like to bitch and moan. They are in every MMO forum and, I am sure they are the same mob of whiney children.
I can honestly say that this MMO is the most fun I have had since the early days on SWG.

If you don't want to read 'whining' posts, then it is YOU who are in the wrong place. Everyone has their opinion on the game, and everyone it entitled to post it: and seeing as it is a forum specifically for WAR, they are in EXACTLY the right place to do it. If you don't want to listen to people bashing the game, then maybe it is you who should not come here. Most people who come here have a genuine reason as to why they are disappointed with the game (myself included). If you like the game then more power to you, but don't tell people they can't or should not have their opinion.

I would say I'm surprised at the amount of attacks on a person's opinion of a game, but it is commonplace here. The crusaders of one opinion will burn you at the stake for not liking their precious game. Apparently a not-so-evolved monkey, flex da internetz muscles elsewhere. I like WAR so far, but attitudes like this that make it in-game are slowly destroying it. Judging by the caps lock cruising going on in scenarios telling people they are nubs; it will likely be getting worse on non-RP servers. ------------------ well i'm 35 and have a PhD in science, and then 10 years experience in bioinformatics... you? |
