Its wicked! the controls are pretty easy and the graphics are superb,but i have a question,do you guys know how i can get the specific item that i want in that random spirit box thingie?coz i kept getting the same type of weapon,and i badly need an armor,do u guys know how can i get a weapon?

go to the market type in what your looking for and you should find it at cheap prices

and the point of the boxes are to randomize what you get

Well there will be boxes later on in the game which you will be able to decide which one to get, though its only weapons and the amor parts are only orbs and shields. Asura and Dark Knight are two examples. I don't know about the higher levels though. Even if I'm at 30+ I buy them then resell the contents for gold.

Spirit boxes and ocean equipment boxes will only give you items for your current mercs. So if you have lets say 2 gunners and 2 sword...your not going to get a bow.....later on, boxes will be completly random and you'll have to sell the junk you don't need.

you can  buy spirit equipment INSANLY cheap at any town! so just go buy a sword ....heck, just go buy a +3 sword :) there worth about the same

I had the same problem as you did and kept getting Spirits Swords that were dominating my inventory! As the other posters said, you really can't control the equipments that pop out of the Spirit box. Someone suggested to me to enchant two weapons, like 2 swords for example, using an Enchant weapon stone. Haven't actually tried it yet since haven't gone in to play yet but will try as soon as I play.

Most of the boxes  are random in giving you the items but there are boxes that they will let you choose what equipment you want in the box... like tha asura boxes you can chooe what items you want from it...

If you want you can just search it on the market because market in atlantica is very accessible and it caters all all the demands of the players... but ofcourse prizes there are different it depends on how hard the items  or haw important items they are... there are always price to pay for....

my suggestion to you is you might want to just sell the boxes in the market and just buy the pecific equips you need from it.. spirit equips are dirt cheap.. youre better of buyn them instead of "lotterying" em from the box... you can easily buy a +2 spirit equip for 100-200 gold.. no fuss, no guessing game, and saves you the hassle from wasting enchantin stones

A fellow newbie! Just started playing the game as well. Also LOVE the graphics and the sound! I think the spirit box spawns random items so you can't choose a specific one. So far, I have no problems since the box the graces me with the equipments I need. Maybe it's just luck?
