Hi! Just wanna know from you guys what MMORPG are you currently playing and what is your favorite feature or features about the game?

I'm gonna start off first. I am currently playing Atlantica Online. I am just impressed with their graphics and with their turn based fighting system.

Wanna hear from you guys...

Just started on Rappelz a couple week ago.
I love how each of the 3 race take a different approach to MMORPG stereotype roles.
Deva (the angelic race), Asura (the demonic race) and Gaian (us poor mortals), each have racial skill that are unique to themselves.
Deva's tank class is can heal, Asura's tank class is elusive while Gaian's tank class is classic to its role.

I also enjoy the pet system in the game.
Where you can capture and train various monsters, equipment them weapon and equipment, level them up and learn new skills or spells.

Too bad I have to stop soon.
Heard that Rappelz US will be IP banning South East Asia region soon, will have to migrate to the SEA server.

Playing Atlantica as well. Also really like turn-based RPGs that's why I enjoy the game. It's graphics are also nice. What's also fun with it is that the world map includes real places such as Korea and Rome.

Nostalgia is bad.

I'm playing Eve and WAR. I like Eve because of the depth and openness of it. I like WAR because of the options you have every time you log in. Open RvR, scenarios, questing,  PQs. No killing bears hour upon hour. Right now I'm enjoying the open RvR most, which, on my RvR server, is working very well.

Playing: Eve, Fallen Earth, Entropia. Trying D&D Online

I'm playing WAR... also waiting for the expansion of WoW to be released in November. On the flipside, I'm also playing Atlantica Online and Ragnarok for War of Emperium. I tried LaTale, but the game was too laggy for my connection to be enjoyable.

I quitted WoW and resubbed SWG about a week ago. NGE isn't so bad when the dust settled... just wish there was a few more people playing it. ^^

a few browser based empire building games.   And yes they have more MMO in them then the normal MMO.

But mostly RL I'm building up my personal programming libraries for graduation so I actually have a portfolio to show employers.

Debugging is twice as hard as writing the code in the first place. Therefore, if you write the code as cleverly as possible, you are, by definition, not smart enough to debug it.

My wife and I started playing City of Villains.

It's a very clever game, and I'm very impressed with it. We didn't care much for the Heroes side, so we both rolled Villains, which is far more interesting overall so far. The "Mayhem Missions" were my favorite, running around robbing banks, smashing cars and things for a time bonus, then defeating the NPC superhero who shows up to "save the day" and get his/her face pounded in.

I have a few complaints naturally but they are pretty minor things in the grand scope of the game.

Nothing. Having a vacation from WoW before WotlK hits the shelves. Did the same with TBC and had a much better experience for it.

I was going to give WAR a try but after careful consideration it doesn't sound like my type of game (i.e PvP-centric)

Tried to play Atlantica but the damn game kept crashing at the login screen so I uninstalled. I really wish it'd worked as I hear a lot of good things about it.

1. Second Life (great 3D-internetkind of, stunning combat system C:SI + crafting you never seen before)

2. AoC (great combat, great potential + nice enviroment though zoning sucks a little)

3. EvE (nice concept, sandbox-style of gameplay, waiting for Ambulation and not playing a lot atm)

4. WoW (best and most polished, sucks for graphics and immersion though)

Just started playing Lord of the Rings online, still in the 14 day trial (which I thought is a very generous trial period) but planning on buying when the trial is over (that's tomorrow).

PRE-CU STILL LIVES!

10/09/08 9:36:57 AM#21

pre-cu SWG. Why would I play anything else?

I remember back in 1999, folks kept asking me if I was stockpiling food. I always answered, "No, I'm stockpiling ammo and making a list of people who are stockpiling food"

currently playing WoW but as per usual it is only to play the battlegrounds. Now I've got bored of the bgs and have refreshed my annoyance of the game.

Warhammer I love the many things you can do.

But if it wasn't around, then EvE.

I'm not playing any of them.  I find them all really boring at the moment.  The only game that I see on the horizon that will probably be a surefire good game is Diablo 3.  It's not an MMO, but it will be a solid game I believe.

Everything is not for everybody.

I am playing Rappelz while waiting on Priston Tale 2, Runes Of Magic and AION. I may jump back on Lineage 2 when the next expansions launches if I am not enjoying what I am playing at that time.
