Real PVP server:

1)  Anyone can attack anyone, any time, anywhere,  no questions asked, no ALLIANCE vs HORDE, free for all like Arena.

2)  When you die, EVERYTHING stays in your body and anyone can loot you clean!

3) Pet dies, no res.

Thats it! Simple enough....

In the early days of Ultima Online thats the way it was, we all played accordingly and had a blast! You knew better than to run around with extra junk in your packs, we formed strong alliances and hunted down murderers (aka reds, because of the red hue on the toon once you killed so many players unprovoked).

Yeah yeah... I can hear all the whiners... "I worked hard on a raid to get this uber leet gear..."  Well lifes a bitch and then you die! You want real pvp, be ready to loose it all like in real life! You can always stay in your whiny pve server, nobody is forcing you!

But for the real hardcore PVPer, yeah baby! You will get a real adrenaline rush as you fight knowing that if you die you can loose everything on you!  BRING IT!

Oh... and WoW is like any other game: compiled code. They can change it and re compile it so that the new rules apply!  Soulbound items become bind on equip when the owner dies. Easy does it!

And they won't, because WoW is WoW, just like Eve is Eve.
Move on, there are games with functional world pvp, no need to try to bring it to a game based on PvE..

If they were to do this, i would stop playing WoW, period. As someone living on a pvp server, i can deal with the retarded high level hordies going to newb areas and ganking everyone for an hour, obnoxious already, but you expect that out of pvp. ANd the whole attack anyone, well, doesn't that completely break the Alliance and Horde system over one knee with a sickening crack? and losing items, well, since you cant put ur money in the ban, then that is absolutely stupid beyond believe. Srry, but I agree with the above post of why this drives ppl from games.

WoW is too retarded to ever put good PvP in one of their games. Darkfall is the way to go, its like old-school UO!

but with skill, you have to aim and click.
