I think horse mount will be available when you reach higher levels. Characters who have horse mounts are usually wearing a high end equipments. They might be members of the CB stages of the game.

Why get a horse when you can auto-move from one location to another? Try saving up for better gear instead.

I saw a thread on the net which say that a player must collect 350 tusks to summon the byzantine elephant mount. A mount + auto move will give much boost. It can shorten your travel time, and it looks cool when other players see you riding a big elephant.

thats lame. a lot of work just to have an elephant? i dont think so. auto-move feature is stils at its best. you really have no worries about the walking as long as you know where to go. well right now, with the auto-move feature being in premium items, abuse it as of now.

I believed horse can be a source of faster tele[ortation since teleportation in the game is quite expensive  and if youdot have the licenese you will be charged on every teleport you made, thats why ndoors created this animal as source of transportation and even larger inventory i guess

Thoroughbred - Level 1, it has a 10vitality and speed

Hackney- Level 10, it has 20 vitality, 5 speed, 50 defense

Shire- Level 10, It has a 100 defense, 20 vitality, 10 speed

Heavenly horse- Level 30, it has a 50 vitality, 500 def, 15 speed

That means that it's not only used for fashion it can also help you in pvp.. different mount has it purposes..

Hope this might help..

hope to have a heavenly..

Mercury Rider - Min. Level: 70, Attack Power: 300 - 400, Strength: +100, Dexterity: +100, Vitality: +160, Defense: 3000, Movement Speed Increase: 20%

Armed Byzantine Elephant - Min. Level: 50, Attack Power: 220-340, Vitality: +120, Defense: 2400, Movement Speed Increase: 15%

Armed Volcanic Raptor - Min. Level: 60, Attack Power: 300-400, Dexterity: +100, Vitality: +100, Defense: 1500, Movement Speed Increase: 25%

Armed Snow Tiger - Min. Level: 70, Attack Power: 300-400, Strength: +80, Dexterity: +80, Vitality: +140, Defense: 2500, Movement Speed Increase: 20%

You can’t ever win if you’re always on the defensive, to win, you have to attack.

If you want to get rewards for having mounts you can use the mount book.  You get bonus points after 20 hours of storing them which could be spent on supplies.  (Don't know exactly what).  Also don't know if its working till next patch   But other than that there is not much you can do apart from trade them in for riding points.  You need 2 t-breds to get a hackney and 7 to get a heavenly horse.
