Also, I wasn't really defending warhammer so to speak.  I don't think the game is going to do as well as people seem to think it is.  I agree the game itself will get better over the next six month, but I think it will start to wear thin on fun factor also.  I could be wrong, but that is my inital impression.  That aside it is a pretty good release, especially compared to so many other games that got pushed out the door incomplete. 

 

 

Well, companies don't always intentionally release them unfinished. Usually, they release what appears to be finished, only for more bugs/kinks to be brought to their attention by players. Hence why MMOs always release patches, cause there's pretty much always stuff that needs to be fixed, which isn't noticed before retail release.

I like WoW and i like WAR. they both have an aspect i enjoy, some times i want PvE that isnt hollow and has decent rewards and thats what i play WoW for, and for full on PvP madness i'll go with WAR.

As the the people who just with AoC was in a mode of "omg new fresh meat!1111"

They go back to WoW.....

Each time i hear something retarded like "Blizzard/WoW  say goodbye to 10mill subs" i just make a small quick /facepalm, "not another idiot with no clue...".

Here's what blizzard did and no one else will be able to.... making wow a god damn CULT, a SOCIAL HUB, a TREND, OKAY TO PLAY(not geeky as the other ppl would think mmorpg of to be, as in a cheerleader would likely to play wow, while the rest of mmorpgs wouldn't see one for another 100 years). Prolly only Sims had a high amount of female players as well.

WoW ain't just about the raiding end game, when will you braindead haters get that?

I'm not even playing wow anymore but hell i won't be as retarded as some of you here and tell a lie like "WoW sucks/sucked balls", everyone with their head put on right will say the same, "WoW is a great game but as time passes, you will eventually get bored of it."

WAR won't dig into WoW's sub as massive as some of you fanatical WAR fans believe, why? Because WoW is the "cool kid" in the class, while WAR belongs to the Geek squad along with the other PRETENDERS.

I personally do not think that typical WoW player will go for WAR, WAR is very different to be liked by most WoW addicted players...

Companies that were unable to meet their critical deadlines can be relied upon to fail to meet all the other lesser ones too.
 

Why would they suddenly be able to do what they were incapable of originally doing after 2-4 years in 6 months time?

What does that tell you about the state of any patches or expansions to come, once their dev team has shrunk and their budget has been cut to a small percntage of what it was, why do you suddenly think they will be able to fix anything now?

Yeah that's kind of true. Because if you're addicted to a certain game you just can't help but compare. Well, lets give Zakaron a clap, at least he tried it. Unlike some mindless drones trying to judge games by reading the guides (or looking at vids/screens/whatever).
