WAR (Warhammer Online)

This is getting ridiculous.
 
I got the head-start, was loving it, and since Friday afternoon have been getting the Authentication error.
 
I already have a game account and when I go to make a master account it won't allow me to use my already created game account.
 
I've emailed CS twice with no response and the phone lines for Mythic and EA have been non-stop "please wait for a representative."

I was so loving this game that I paid for and can't play . . . .

Ouch that sucks, mate. Hope for you it will get solved soon. : /

Did you add your retail CD key to your account yet? If not, you can't play. You could only play until Friday with a preorder (unless you ordered from the three places where they extended playtime for.. Amazon, EA Store, and ???).

That's most likely you're problem. Enter the CD key to your account!

I am 100% positive this is what you need to do. You need ot activate your CD with your account since they implemented that last week. This is why you get the authentication error.

I would LOVE to add my retail key to my account but if I create a new master account it won't let me add my already created game account to it. 

I think your game account IS your master account...try logging in with that.

I have had authentication problems in the past.  I make it a habit now of running the war patcher every single time i log in.  This helped my problem.

You should already have an account at accounts.eamythic.com, since you said you played the beta.

All you need to do is go in there, log into your account, and click the banner at the top that says "Activate a Key." The account you were logging into during the beta should be your "master account" on the account webpage.

Log into master and enter serial key. When you enter the key/billing info there's an option to add a new account or use an existing (the beta which willhave your early access chars in it).

Should be but apparently it isn't as it doesn't recognize anything I put in.
