I keep getting an invalid password error. I've changed the password and tried over and over again but it keeps giving me errors. Can anyone help me out here?

Well... I guess it's at this point you are supposed to start getting pissed off and rant off how fucked up log in is in WAR:)

hmm thats messed up

either your keyboard is messed up and is accidentally hitting an extra key or you have caps lock on

if anything they have a 24/7 tech support for this purpose, just tell em your getting frustrated and hopefully they will figure something out.

Just remember, Login name and Account name are two different things.

Thats kinda the same thing...make syour using your Game Login ID and not your Master Account Login ID alot of people seem to be doing this so they can't log in and then complain.   EU .. well GOA just sucks they've been having alot of login issues ...

Make sure your using the right information to login.  Your master account & password (the ones you use to lag into the account system) will not log you into the game.  Also make sure you've assigned your CD product key if you haven't this automatically keeps you from logining in unless you were given the extension to the 22nd which is today.

try using your OLD password.. i tried changing my password once but my old one still works not the new...

I had the same issue.

I then realized I was in the old BETA WAR client, and not he fresh installed client.

Are clicking on the correct "Change Password" link?  There are 2 of them on the screen: One on top for your master account and one on the bottom next to "Update Renewal" and "Cancel Subscription" for your game account.  You need to click on the one on the bottom.

Did you ask them to transfer you or to give you the correct number for the correct department?

Silly thought for ya. Have you enetered in your retail box code? I had the same problem a few days ago and realized I was still using the beta code. I got the invalid uid or password as well. So its possible that may have been overlooked.

I had the same problem.  You probably used D2D to buy the game? You need to go to your d2d account and get them to send you a new code so that you can setup your account.  If you have not entered CC info for your account then that means its not activated.  Did you check warhammeronline.com to see if your account was still active?
