If you have the beta client, you can continue using it. All you need to do is register your retail key on your account.

well i was wondering if i could buy a game card and play at a lan center that has the game installed, but i dont have an account. is this possible?

Seriously?  No, this is not a F2P.  You need to spend the $50 and buy the game.
