Just wondering if these are any good.

Running windows xp pro

Intel core 2 duo processer 2.33 Ghz

2gb Ram

Nvidia Geforce 7300GT graphics card

Your graphics card is the only thing really holding you back.  The 7300 was an entry level graphics cards.  Entry level cards of this generation could not run 3D apps well.

Was thinking of upgrading that to an Ati Radeon anyway

Not sure which

It depends on how much you want to spend.  Right now with the price wars you can really get a steal on a performance part at any price range.
