WAR (Warhammer Online)

The servers are annoying, i join darklands when it was low/medium and now i have to wait 3 mins everytime i wanna play the game...

For the people who install the game from now on dont join a server when it says HIGH/HIGH

You ruin the game for yourself and for the people who were first there and now cant get in and play.

I like to play 2 different classes atm, a witch hunter and a brightwizard...its hard to switch between when waiting for a few minuts.

What do you guys think?

Well, i expected ques when i chose a high populated server, and i dont mind - I have alot of things i can do in those 15 min it takes to log in , at primetime.

But im sure thay will raise the cap of players as more people get higher level and thay can let more in, ofc i dont know if that's the way thay do it.

I am playing both factions on different servers.  I started one faction on a high pop server for when I play in the middle of the night.  I started on a low pop server for primetimes. 

I think I over did it on the low pop server though.  It has my favorite characters on it, and it's low pop even duriong prime times now (it was getting up to medium before).  It's getting really hard for me to get any PQs done.  I think I may have to start over on destruction elsewhere.

In any case, given my choice I think ques are better than playing on a low pop server.

Honestly, I would just give it time and stay on the same server as your order.  All of the north american servers are either medium or high population during prime time (5-10 est).  It will fill up more and more as the general population starts to buy the game.  Plus, if you think about it, your going to spend much more time as a level 40 as opposed to the time it took you to level up.  So why not be on the less populated side where the server ques are much smaller then being on the overpopulated destruction where is take FOREVER to join a scenario?

But if you are heart set on playing destruction then go for it.

Did you even read his post?

The queues are a problem on many servers. There are posts on war alliance of people waiting upwards of 2-3 hours to get in a scenario.

Last night i had the first time that it popped up, ye ofc its a bit annoying but on the otherside atleast ur server isnt empty.

I remember WoW's launch.  Queues to log in then ran up to 30 or even 60 minutes at times.  Overall, Mythic has done a really good job at keeping the wait times down.  If they did things so that no server would have a queue, then they'd also have a lot of servers with minimal population. 

When you're dealing with a game that hinges on lots of players being available to do the big RvR battles, it's better to err on the side of overpopulation rather than underpopulation.

wow....The thing is now i cant even get back onto my server after trying destruction on another server.

It says server has to many characters blahblah and wont even let me back on.  COME ON!!
