Order quest Misled "Destroy the tailsman on the alter need help.

I can't find the tailsman thanks for any responces.

Open your backpack panel, on the top right corner there should be a semi-circle tab. Click that and it brings up the Quest Item backpack. You should find your talisman there (it is automatcially given to you upon accepting the quest, no searching involved). Use the item when you are near the objective and it should complete the quest.
