Ok, so I'm quite a newbie here, and would like some help. I registered and downloaded the game, for two days it was fine, and I grew a real liking to it. But after that, in the middle of a fight, an error appeared. You have been booted. It said. I was quite confused, but the game closed. As I searched around I found out, wow, I have been banned from the game, and so is my sister. Has anyone got any ideas why that happened? Please, we need help. I can't even enter the Perfect World forum on the official site to ask for help. If anyone can clear it up to me, or knows someone who can, please help me. |

Your post sounds so innocent. You say you were playing the game and got booted out suddenly. With no way to go back or to ask questions. So far so good. But then I saw your name... "PsychoPig"... and I started to wonder if you really are as innocent as you describe. This name makes me wonder a lot. Could you maybe give some more details about your in-game behavior? What did you say, what did you do? Did you really just play normally and suddenly the mighty hammer of permaban came crashing down on you? As I said, your name makes me very very skeptical. |

Sorry for the name, but on the moment I am innocent. I have no idea what I did, and now I can't play. On the exact moment, when I got banned, I was in a team and leveling up a newbie. We were in a quite hard place and then I just disappeared from the game. What he might think? He probably thinks I'm an ass, I promised to level him and then disappeared. But really I have no idea what I did wrong. |

Some one in your team was probably a hacker, and they thought the whole team was, that has happen to me on MapleStory,
My friend found out what happened though the company and send me a link to talk to them about the situation. So I suggest to find a way to talk to them to get unbanned. They probably banned your I.P Address if your sister is banned too (Assumes you 2 are using the same computer.)
