I am not going to link directly because that would be too much for a WAR fan forum.

And I even promised myself NOT to mention it here , but as it is SO good:

look at the newest full action videos of WotLK Lake Winter published in the Wow forums (5 th page).

I think this kind of action in an MMORPG is from another planet.

You see, I don't play WoW, so I won't waste my time going to their forums. You know, like you are doing here.

The problem is WoW players who have a decent amount of intelligence realize that they are about to get the reset button on all of their characters pressed and it is out of their control.  Now they have to entertain themselves instead of wasting time on gear that is about to be made obsolete.  Now this is the higher end of the intelligent community within WoW, and these are the ones you see trolling our forums.  Read through bodypass's post history and it should keep you entertained for at least an hour or two.

Well, there are obvious exceptions to what you've said.

I've only played WoW since a couple months after TBC came out, and have numerous alts, most in their 20s, one in their 30s, one near 60, and a 70. Honestly, you could put me in with the "WoW'ers with decent intelligence", but at the same time, I'm not trolling the WAR boards. Personally, I want  to play the game, but at the moment I dont have the cash (Sept-Dec is gonna be hell for my wallet).

I got lucky and got into the Lich King beta, and honestly the most fun I've had playing it would be the DK, only thing in the game that truelly feels new, the rest feels somewhat rehashed. I'm getting Lich king, I'm certain I'll have some fun with it, but its more of a gift for my family since they love the game and they havent gotten past 30, but are excited for it. I see it as 10 more levels of entertainment, before the inevitable brick wall that is gear pops into play. Hell, if they made it so you could get Ashbringer, I'd raid for that just cause of the name behind it, but that is a no now.

So, now I'm resigned to playing the LK Beta, waiting on Earthrise, playing the ungodly amount of new games comin out via rental, and hoping that Mythic makes a free trial for War

No no.  I would put you in the top 10%.  Actually lately with what has been going on in these forums I would put you in the top 1-2%.

Well this personal reaction asks for a personal answer:

I don't think ProfRed doesn't play WAR at all. Because he posts about 10times more posts than I and refuses to acknowledge the fact that he hates WoW.

I play Wow yes and so the guy hates me, like he hates everything about Wow. He looses about all control when you mention the word "Wow" to him. Wow - there, ..

Now this thread was about Wow as a game, so of course we react, don't we?

As for those who had the courage to view the new Lake Winter video's in our Wow forums already know now: it IS a pity Blizzard is raising the standards of PvP in WotLK again. I can't help it either.

Have fun with WAR while it lasts.

honestly i dont know why ppl keep comparing wow with war, wow is wow and war is war, wow was great and war is great

been playing wow since beta had more lvl 70's  than most.  War took my heart and my life like expected all the bashing w/e WAR is a great game.

As long as I'm here im go'n grab checks, and make my cash stretch longer than giraffe necks.
